Our Leadership
The Nest was founded by Vishal Sood, a real estate professional with 25 years of experience, with a commitment to meeting customers' needs through personalised and professional service.

In his previous role as the Senior Director of Transaction Services at CBRE, Vishal managed multidisciplinary teams providing brokerage and development solutions to domestic and international clients including Infosys, DLF, Windchimes, Uppals, and the family offices of Mr Narayan Murthy and Mr Amit Khanna among others. So far, Vishal has in his individual capacity provided brokerage and development solutions for projects exceeding 1500 crores.
